Default Rumor or Fact: CALALPA shared details?

I heard a rumor that CALALPA in EWR published some sort of contract negotiation update with details regarding the company's current proposals? Is this like most other rumors and full of baloney or does someone have a link to an email or PDF?

Thanks as always,

Joe Peck

Not true. I haven't seen or heard about it.

Nope. In fact, Dave Owens is still rather tight lipped at council meetings about progress.

To take this further, as our MEC has stated, there won't be a publication from either side with details about management's proposals or our JNC proposals like the CAL MEC did with out pre-merger contract proposal.

No JNC published proposal because we are now part of negotiations with the UAL pilots and the UAL MEC stated they did not want a comprehensive proposal published. Our MEC is abiding by those wishes instead of taking a unilateral action to publish them. Some of our pilots are pretty upset that they can't find out what is in the new JNC proposal, especially as it relates to retirement.

On the MEC town hall call a couple weeks ago, Jay indicated that when meeting with the NMB they strongly hinted, advised against publishing any proprosals until a final TA is reached.
