Pass Travel Survey

Junior guys taking away my pass travel is about the worst thing they could have done. Total selfish move that is going to cost them.
I have no issues voting to allow 90 seat regionals at United. It would be selfish on our part (senior guys), but if this is how junior guys want to play, then I'm game.

So, how exactly are you going to make this cost the junior pilots anything?

Your example of the senior mentality is not good for your group.

My plan was to be gone at 55. I might stay around a few more years. Pass travel is really important to me.

Just what I was thinking. Now, nobody want's to leave because of the new policy. Now, there's less room for new hire and less oppurtunity to move up for the junior guys..

Try to get the age raised or the pass policy changed and see the majority rise up and put you in tour place.

What year did you leave Skywest? Just curious as to why it is you are trying to play to the non union psyche of that pilot group on other threads YET somehow you are going to retire CAL at 55. So basically you have the nest egg to retire from CAL, but still feel qualified to lecture a Skywest pilot how good their work environment is. Basically your story has a glaring hole just like a Luv 737. Just another fake flamer. Hope you had a wonderful weekend in The Woodlands.
