The management at this airline will continue to use the diversity of this pilot group as a wedge as long as it remains effective.
Get the JCBA done, then you can divide the list until your hearts content.

The scabs have been here for 25 years.
They do not care what your opinion of them is.
They do not want to be your friend.
They would fly every trip with you for the next 15 years and do not care.

Leave them alone.
A Continental scab spawn in the ridicule that define their existence.
To deny their presence is the only method that effectively prevent their influence from spreading to the other employees of the company.
Just like the ugly fat wh*re whose lives depend on the affection of drunk desperate patrons, they will eventually put the barrel in their mouth, turn it slightly upwards, whimper and pull the trigger, finally and completely putting an end to the misery.

Just wanted to say that once all of the fighting is done with, I look forward to working with the UAL pilot group. I hope that many are NYC residents, as we can send all scabs to IAH, aka scab heaven, and we can make their lives at UAL a living hell. The new contract should bring half of the furloughees back. A good taste of UAL unionism should force the rest of those weirdos to retire @ 60. They stole their jobs anyway.
