Default Codeshare or interline agreement concern?

Just wondering what is the level of concern by both pilot groups regarding codeshare/ interline agreements? Are they being negotiated ferociously by the jnc as scope is?
I believe if you buy a ticket on united, aa, delta, sw, etc it should be flown on said airline. I don't want to see the day were scope is held just to be circumvented by codeshares with republic or a stand alone skywest. All flying must be protected!
