That's like 95% of us.
In which case you better not let your AME find out...

Not sure he was found not guilty. Wasn’t it a technicality in how he was arrested that got him off (pun intended)? Also thought he didn’t get anything from the westin. Other than a ban on staying there in the future and an instruction manual on how windows work

But if you are hanging your hat on someone being found not guilty as a declaration of moral high ground I offer you OJ Simpson

not badly comparison...this pilot's criminal case was dismissed, not tried to a verdict - this means either the judge found insufficient basis to proceed or the prosecutor dumped it because it was not winnable (and prosecutors win like 95+% of the cases they file)

the city paid him a not insignificant sum of money because of wrongful arrest - which means that their lawyers thought if they went to a trial, they would likely be hit for more by a civil jury verdict

The bodycam of the former JV Linebacker Denver Cop was enough for him to deserve a solid six figure settlement.

After the standard lawyer's cut, it could be argued if it was "solid", espcially given your first point.

And I can't remember, was he out of work/suspsended/without pay for any period of time?

While the pilot who showed his junk in the window may not have committed a crime, it should have been, at the end of the day nobody wants to see a yt man over 50 naked in any scenario. Some of you lack major self awareness in all aspects of life.
