Unless bidding changes because of new reserve rules, then it could be longer.

I will say no. For two reasons

1) It can't go any lower than a year, the only way to go is up
2) regression to the mean ... most cycles are cyclical. This one is way off the mean

Now if "a year or so" means "a year or three" ... much more likely yes.
