Can someone verify or deny this

we can agree to disagree but as some above have said, the lack of information is creating doubt, mistrust and paranoia all the while letting the extreme fringes of both sides fill in the gaps.
We have one side defending this person based off zero facts and another side ready to take her license without any facts. If they would just release a statement with the details it would probably shut the entire topic down.
In no way shape or form do I support her being harassed or public information being released. Also everyone I have flown with have no issues with UA jumpseats up front no fear there at least at WN.

Holy cow... I actually agree with CBreezy for once... hell has frozen over.
I've already stated why I don't believe she called the FAA and for those who didn't read it - she witnessed a small error, spoke up as she should have, the error was trapped, corrected, and the flight landed. I don't see what any airline pilot would go to the FAA for unless she wanted to straight up lie and make up stories and I just find that highly unlikely.
I'm simply amazed that so many on this board have already made up their mind that she had "ratted out" a SWA crew without so much as giving it a critical thought, and they've made up their mind about denying her a jumpseat in the future based on internet memes and innuendo.
Imagine the role getting reversed... you just finished a trip and you're making a run for a UAL redeye so you can see your kids off to school in the morning before you zonk out, and you just made it, the agent printed out the pass and you're gonna have to ride up front because the flight is full.... You walk up to the cockpit, and imagine the horror - it's this gal now with 4 stripes and she's not taking any jumpseaters either. Just as it's your jumpseat to deny her a ride, this time it's her jumpseat to deny you. Worth it? And all based on what? A childish sowing circle allegation that doesn't even make any practical sense, the need to rage based on some social media BS?
I won't hang a pilot based on tenth hand information or social media rage. You can call that my personal FU to the cancel culture and those who perpetuate it.

You send a weak email with more questions than answers and this is what happens. What exactly was said online that is inaccurate, and why haven’t they clarified she DID NOT personally contact the feds?
Nobody gives a f*ck what regional she came from, how many years she’s been at United, where she was commuting to or from. Did she snitch to the feds or not?? This is not that hard.

She should lose all availability to the JS if she went to the feds. It sends a good message too. It’s not confirmed so your argument of jumping the gun is fair, but this should have already been confirmed through an email to both pilots groups. It’s ridiculous this hasn’t been confirmed or denied. It makes it look more suspect and is not working in her favor.

No because I didn’t blast her name on the internet and say she should be punished more than losing jumpseat access. Most posters on these boards have all said she should lose access to the jumpseat ONLY if she’s guilty of being a snitch.
On the other online boards the individuals who posted her name and employee number should apologize if she somehow is totally innocent. That’s a big “if” because how did her name make it publicly in the first place if she was completely uninvolved in the feds finding out.
Let’s be honest, you wouldn’t even be here trying to downplay this if it wasn’t a “she”. Have mercy if it was a “he” being accused of snitching on an all female flight crew. You’d be calling for the death penalty. You’re not fooling anyone.

So far we know: the pilot in question rode on the jump seat, either called the feds themselves, or talked about it in such a way that someone else felt compelled to call the feds. That’s all I would need to know (if I was a Captain) handing out jump seats.

No. There was plenty of outrage before anyone knew anything about the pilot (other than that they were relatively new at a major).
