Can someone verify or deny this

there was a PSA pilot who would criticize crews he sat in the jumpseat on, even mainline AA.. Burgey or something, but when he flowed to AA they let him pass sims and then failed him out at IOE. He was notorious and the industry took care of him.
Also it sounds like this new hire at UAL has never heard of FOQA. If it was that egregious, FOQA would have flagged it and the pilots would have been called about it

As a SWA guy, UAL guys/gals will always be welcome on my jumpseat as usual.....except for one. I apologize ahead of time to any female UAL pilot asking for a ride if I take a close look at the name. Other than that, this will get taken care of between the two unions and jumpseat committees.

She better start a day in the life channel then and soon. She's gonna have to up her street cred with management.

Nobody is under any obligation to not communicate (factual) info just because it might be detrimental to someone else.
But odds are this has taken on a life of it's own, so I wouldn't be too sure you know the whole story. I'll get the scoop from friends at UAL. Eventually, after all the dust settles.

Hard to believe that the "husband" did this when he had no first hand information. More like simp husband protecting his pedestalized wife so she doesn't get in any more trouble than she already is in.

OAL? Not a chance.
But you could reasonably argue that her past history makes you nervous having her looking over your shoulder. Distraction. Safety.

Ah yes, the “Alex Jones” defense. Hey can you point to me where the 1st amendment protects you ability to slander and libel people who aren’t public figures? Can you show a judge or jury any precedent that a corporation can violate your 1st amendment rights? If you can’t do either of those things (spoiler alert, you can’t) I’d stop spreading potentially wrong information immediately. Or don’t. I don’t care it’ll probably bump my seniority number up a notch!

I have spoken to a Rep. And yes, I will wait until I hear officially from our union. My post was intended, more or less, to express the absurdity of some people worried about an impending jumpseat standoff. However, I stand by my original statements if the individual did in fact (husband or distant cousin as well) went to the Feds.
