name dropping isn’t defamation or slander. What illegal actions have been mentioned here? There are SCABs that are blackballed, and total D bags that are. That’s not illegal and not a crime to deny someone the jump seat.

As a SWA guy, UAL guys/gals will always be welcome on my jumpseat as usual.....except for one. I apologize ahead of time to any female UAL pilot asking for a ride if I take a close look at the name. Other than that, this will get taken care of between the two unions and jumpseat committees. There will be no
"jumpseat war" as this was clearly an outlier situation regarding one individual with an apparent very low SA.

this employee sounds a lot more like a liability than an asset. Wouldn’t be shocked if she was back on the street here soon. If there’s any lawsuits she files, she will likely be terminated by UAL at the drop of a hat
