Can someone verify or deny this

You guys are such an insane mob. Literally don't have any details on this story except wild speculation and you're all ready to tar and feather said pilot and ruin her career. Absolutely childish and makes me embarrassed to be an airline pilot.
Also pretty humorous that multiple people are blaming this speculative story on DEI. Any time a female or non-white person allegedly does something are we just going to blame DEI?

Then again there’s no coming back from certain things.
Well the good news is she can always work for the FAA, you know…121

Sure IF someone went directly to the FAA without talking to the crew first, talking to pro stands (who really don't do much regarding safety), talking to the appropriate safety people, etc, then yes they're probably an idiot. But you're just as much an idiot for reacting so immediately to unverified pilot rumors.

But you don't even know what they did. That's really my point.

As I said at the beginning of this thread, a lot of times these "I heard this new hire" stories turn out to be utter BS or just someone's way of fueling the fire to prove some bias point. We don't have the facts, just rumors so maybe put the pitchforks away for now?

Obviously there are a lot of heated emotions here. We have a brother/sisterhood where respect and trust of and for our peers is vital. Any violation of that trust carries consequences we are all too familiar with. Does this person really deserve to have their name and picture spread around without knowing the whole story? Instead of Ready...Fire...Aim... let's "hack the clock" and see what really happened. This pilot is probably having the worst day of his/her life. Maybe deserved or maybe not. I would think everyone here would at least prefer due process before being slaughtered by internet sleuths. It is circulating that the pilot casually mentioned something to another pilot riding in the back who called the FAA. I don't know if that's the case, but if so, does the jumpseating pilot deserve all the wrath? Let the story come out then take your positions.
