Sounds like United Next is over then. The remaining 2024 pilots plus 1300 2025 pilots barely coveres the ~1050 (age 65 + 10%) UAL pilots retiring between now and end of summer 2026 plus the 400 or so NB pilots they were short on the line this past summer.

They said 1700 for 2025. It sounded like a lot hinges on Boeing/Airbus being able to deliver. There’s gonna be a/c retirements happening along side the deliveries. However, it’s supposed to be net overall growth for the foreseeable future. Maybe not as hyperbolic as previously postulated.
