This may or may not be related to the requirement to fill Narrowbody CA vacancies with United new hires and HR needing to group CJO holders into different categories (1000 121 SIC hours and <1000 121 SIC hours). Add in UMPP who interview far in advance of availability and there's now 3 streams that funnel into UAL classes which may cause variety in interview/CJO dates getting assigned to a specific class.
