They just sent out quite a few Sept 10th invites. CJOs ranging from Feb to as recent as June I believe

on the video call, recruiting said notice this late wouldn't be possible! Very interesting to see 2 weeks out.

Why? 2-week notice. Quit your job and go to class. Anyone who would have a problem with that, you shouldn't pay any attention to.

Just saw on the whatsapp some guys with CJO dates recent as 7/16 offered SEPT 24th class date. Seems the classes are being offered out of order.

Do a search; been talked about numerous times. Classes aren't strictly in CJO order.

True, but holy cow.

My buddy has a late Feb interview/early March CJO, still waiting on a class.

Nor does the rationale given actually seem to make that much sense - that it's done to obtain an appropriate "mix" of people in each class - since the mix in intro is changed by the bidding for equipment the first day of intro anyway for follow on equipment training.

But like the actual point system for determining who get an interview to begin with, the world of HR and recruiting seem to want to keep the actual recipe for the secret sauce a proprietary secret.

From the outside it seems like 0 or low TPIC candidates go in CJO order. High time TPIC get sprinkled in each class
