oh of course. I thought he was saying if you spoke up and the CA still didn’t listen. I would be polite and first and try to remind the CA it’s against regs and a bad idea. If it got to the point that they were not listening and the guy was about to come in the cockpit, I’d be very loud with them and let them know it’s not happening.
Doesn’t matter if it’s a woman or man. Grow a spine. I’ve gotten very verbal before with my ex wife when she deserved it this crap is really not a big deal to speak up.

He carries himself like a riddle kid flying at a regional. He will grow up and figure out the big picture eventually and then cringe at his past behavior. It is a pretty normal progression. This is why mentoring is so important with all the hiring we are doing. The lessons that used to be learned over years flying at a regional are now lost.

If the captain is a "She", therefore a protected species, she'll get a month off with pay, while the investigation continues, a stern letter with another paid month for "training"..Six months from now she'll be an ACP somewhere.
