I know about that wording. But I was previously looking in the UPA to find it in writing. Unfortunately, didn’t find anything. Do you happen to know where to read up on this new clause? Thanks!

Fortunately, I don’t believe you have to accept an assignment for an 11 o’clock report at midnight - at least once August comes around.

there ways to drop this down to one day off in between rsv blocks if you get released before noon on your last day and call scheduling to see if they will move a rsv day from another block.

was able to work

6 on, 1 off, 6 on, 1 off, 5 on, 11 or 12 off

I used this as a commuter since I couldn’t sit long call from home my first 4 months. This gave me a good chunk of days off and minimized my commutes.
No way! I'm on RSV here and had no idea we could do that. Where's that written?

I think it’s as simple as:

5-E-8-c With the concurrence of both the Pilot and the Company, a Reserve’s scheduled days
off may be rescheduled.

Has there been any word on when the trial compressible reserve period will be implemented?

man, you really need to read through some of the posts on here. You’re asking questions that have been asked and answered a million times over.

Global reserve is for any fleet that has any international other than Canada and up to a point South latitude. Basically global reserve varies from regular reserve at there is much more opportunities for the company to roll you into your days off, there are six HDO days which are unmovable, and the rest are our days which are movable. The new contract I believe in August, but it may be implemented already gives you certain amount of pay for being enrolled into that day off, and your day off is restored. The old contract had the six days in a row, but the new contract allows you to split those days off.

Wide-Body base is a typically a global reserve base, most 756 bases are as well, except for San Francisco and Los Angeles. Those are not global reserve bases like I mentioned that it could change month-to-month, depending on what flying is being offered for a fleet and base.
