if you get an interview soon expect a class date Late 24 Early/Mid 25.

expecting to hire 10,000+ pilots by 2032
All classes thru end of CY24 filled by end of July?

Did they say anything about UMPP? (what current folks in the program should expect and also timeline of folks that applied/are applying now for CY25+?)

No info on UMPP, i have some buddies that submitted questions about it but they didnt answer it. They stuck to the simple questions of what makes a competitive applicant and timeline stuff.

The CY24 classes haven't been filled fully yet. Just for July, idk if the rest of CY24 will be filled by end of July. All interview dates are filled for July and August.

They are having like a Webinar tomorrow for those of us who have received a CJO but have yet to be assigned a class. Hopefully some clarity after tomorrow

any info from the session they just had? I had a hard time logging into the teams meeting and by the time I got in, it was closing remarks.

Best thing I heard is anyone with a CJO should expect to start sometime before 2025

They said even if you interview today, you should receive a class by the end of 2024.

here are some other notes they said:

-65 people in each first ands second July class

-weekly classes in Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec and will have up to 125 people in each class

-around 300-400 people in CJO pool and still planning to hire 800 this year

-September classes will start going out this week

-robust hiring for 2025, 2000 pilots hired in 2025 even with Boeing delays (they just took delivery of three planes this week)

-reserve should only be 3-6 months

I missed that they were doing weekly classes Sept - Dec! That should really get everyone through quickly
