Definitely not triple digits. I flew with a 25 YO new hire recently and he was shockingly showing around 600-800. My guess (and just that) would be 3-4K, maybe higher.

Looks like you’d retire roughly around the 1800-1900 range. If the list stays the same size as it is today, that’s about 11% company-wide… but obviously it’s impossible to predict what that’ll look like 30+ years from now.
