This right here is some sage advice! Welcome aboard!

I was ACY as a FO and I'm pretty sure I know who you are and I'm glad to hear you're going to UA. We'll definitely miss you in Newark! I'm definitely trying to get out myself but for now I'm looking forward to driving to work again.

FNG here. It appears that UA is requiring 100hrs/12months in order to successfully complete the application and submit. "Preferred 100/12" is what the website notes, but it won't let me move past that page when I input a big fat zero. Is that a question best put directly to UA or is it a non-starter? Thank you.

Anyone heard if there's any movement on United classes that are supposed to start back up in July?

I believe classes are scheduled July, Aug and sep. my guess is it’s just starting to ramp back up.

Latest update from planning (2 days ago, or was it yesterday? I can't even remember) has a large vacancy bid, and mentions NH classes restarting July 23...

It might state that because there are different criteria for different applicant types (e.g., UMPP candidates only need 50/12). My very uneducated guess is that it is a show-stopper, but I wouldn't think it would stop you from applying, only starting training. Maybe they've tightened the reigns for applying, as they may have experienced an increase in applicants since other carriers have temporarily turned off their hiring.

Hi. 33 year old… have been updating my app and believe an interview coming soon. If I got an interview and CJO, could anyone possibly tell me where, as a 33 year old (very recently 33, call it 33.0) I would retire at the end of my career? thanks…
