Hogan isn’t a decision point anymore; it’s just part of your overall “score” once you go to Denver.

CJO back in Jan. I was able to sign up for a 23 July class today. Got a link that let me pick me start date (pending it being available). Luckily I was on my email when it arrived. Is this the same process that others have seen? I was expecting them to tell me when my class date was.

I do think they have a plan other than first available. Got a CJO later, in April,
and an August class 2 weeks ago via email, only option. Obviously there were still open spots in the July class at that point, but they hadn't figured which one of the guys with a profile like yours were going there. (IMO)

Are you guys aviate or mil? Lots of people with Jan/Feb CJOs and no availability problems waiting, figure that’s the only thing pushing people to the top of the stack.

Default Have Interviews Resumed Yet?

Has anyone started getting interview invites since the hiring pause lifted?

It's probably hard to tell how long between applying and getting your app looked at (w/o attending a career expo)...unless there are some wise souls in here that know lol

Pre slowdown it was approximately 60 days from submission to initial look. UAL never stopped reviewing applications and interviewing during the hiring slowdown. They seem to have become more selective though.
