Had First Class when BI started, in 737 FO training, about to turn into a 2nd Class. Do I need to get a First Class now or can I finish with 2nd Class? Fly 2nd Class? Looked in content didnt find answer. Thanks very much Appreciated

Look it up in the FOM, but I went to this place I put below. Never been there before, but had my first EKG there and they seemed like one of those places that want you to get through and don't make it extra thorough.

Aviation & Occupational Medicine (The Real One)
6900 E 47th Ave Dr Suite 100, Denver, CO 80216

I had the same issue as OP. First Class was going to degrade while I was in BI. I went to the place listed above. Easy Uber ride from the Doubletree, and not a hassle at all

Why can't FO's who are age 40+ be allowed to let their medicals laps to 2C? This was allowed at Frontier and we flew internationally there too, yet that was specifically permitted.

Because it says United on the side of these planes, and that’s their policy.

Is that REALLY the best answer you could have given?? SMH.....

You are probably also one of those parents that says to their kids "because I said so" when they legitimately ask why you want something done a certain way

It's United's policy. That's why. What else do you want to hear?
