For the AGRs out there Justin Ritter was asked in the spitfire interview last night "Why can't AGRs apply to the program?" His response was "I don't know" 💁

No flight-hour minimums or ATP certificate are required to apply. We are looking for talented pilot candidates who are:
  • Currently serving on active-duty in the Armed Forces of the United States
  • Flying as a pilot of manned aircraft
  • More than six months away from their date of availability to start full-time with United

that link also has a link to a 15 page program guide document, where section 2 describes the eligibility requirements.

They can apply with no ATP, get a CJO with no ATP, but will need a full ATP to actually get a class date and be hired.

Default Required documentation

For USAF pilots with a UMPP interview, United asks for a "Flight Summary Report". This is listed after the "Flying History Report". While I am familiar with the FHR, both myself and my local HARM office have no idea what a flight summary report is. Can anyone clarify?

they are looking for line-by-lines of your flight. Individual Data Summaries from the old green folder and any you’ve acquired over the years. Also GTIMS / TIMS printouts suffice if they show individual sorties and times.

Default Hogan invite to interview date

I received the Hogan invite on 15 March and completed the Hogan on 17 March. I know most of the time you get the interview invite back the next day. I have not heard anything back yet and my app is still showing locked. Anyone else seeing a timeline like this? Thanks!

I waited two weeks between Hogan completion and an interview invite. Be patient...

Did you apply under UMPP or the traditional app?
