I took the Hogan Test and I'm still waiting to hear back.

The Hogan is the start of the interview process at United. The rest of it is timing/logistics. If you fail to complete the Hogan or the rest of the pre interview wickets (sending docs, responding to emails for selecting dates etc.) in the time allotted, you'll eventually be notified that you've been removed from the interview process. Back when the Hogan was pass/fail, you'd receive a TBNT email if you failed it, ending your interview process and letting you know that you can reapply after 12 months.

Once you get the Hogan invite, complete it on time then check emails (including spam folders) twice a day. Respond to any emails from United within 24hrs from when they're received (UAL usually gives a 48hr deadline but keep the buffer) and follow instructions given in them.
