Most hilarious example of the hypocrisy is the medical procedure of an abortion (which I give no opinion on) needs to be outlawed and made illegal by the government. But also the government has no right to mandate a vaccine because it infringes on medical freedom and they shouldn’t be involved with my medical choices for me.
You cannot have one without the other and support medical freedom.
Walking, yelling, chain smoking hypocrisy of a person.

why would it get struck down? The new contract, per the FACT team and alpa lawyers, allows the company to impose medical procedures on pilots provided alpa and/or the faa also agree to them. There is no restriction spelled out in the contract. Do you really trust the company, alpa, and the faa that much?
It's good to be pessimistic with regards to possible interpretation of contract language, but mentioning such extreme examples is counterproductive as they are easy to dismiss and detract from real issues. Meanwhile, mandatory vaccinations, and other realistic issues, are not discussed.

It definitely will pass..but that's over 17% of your reps. If close to one out of five pilots are like this I would NOT want to work for United.
