Gross. Everyone’s net is wildly different.

Retro will be based off the “regular pay” line on your pay register…

Looks like two separate retro checks, payable NLT November 1st & December 1st respectively (Nov. pre-2023 earnings, Dec. this year’s earnings) with associated 16% DC disbursements on earnings.

That said.

Anyone hear if we’re able to elect to have your retro checks directly deposited into our PRAP as an employee contribution? Or is it just being dispersed with our regular payment? I haven’t been able to get a straight answer on this yet.

Retro checks will not be able to deposit into PRAP. There is not going to be any option for election on how to receive the retro payments.

The retro portion cannot be elected for PRAP, but there is a PRAP inclusion for 2023, which should get funneled to PRAP or your health account if you’re already funded for the year.
