To your question: I can neither confirm nor deny.

Proof the guy wasn’t a threat to anyone, rando walks up and safes the axe = misdemeanor vandalism.

He forgot simple physics. If he had axed the other end of the arm he could have used it as leverage to multiply the force of his swing and had that thing in pieces in 2-3 swings!

Don’t get in an argument in the cockpit with this guy. He seems handy with the crash axe.
It’s Denver F-uped international airport…I can’t blame the guy. Someone had to bring media focus on the complete buffoons who run that place.

I hope he gets the help he needs, and is back flying again soon.

Depending on the reason I actually feel bad for this guy. What causes an otherwise normal professional to snap like this? Makes no sense .Maybe this dude just needed some basic therapy or treatment for minor anxiety for an issue he's dealing with, instead thanks to the FAA, very few will actually risk their medical and seek the treatment they may need, and it may fester for years until something makes them snap.

This could have been a simple fix from a doc for all we know, instead now the guy is the butt of jokes and being called crazy for something the rest of the population can easily seek help for.
