whatever bro. This guy is my hero.
He had the balls to do what every single person who has ever had the misfortune of dealing with the Denver parking idiots wants to do every single time they have to interact with the lowest IQ mouth-breathing, window-licking, brainless government bureaucrats imaginable.
if he’s got a gofundme, I’m contributing to it.

Anyone who thinks this guy needs a psych eval more than any of the rest of us do has clearly never dealt with Denver parking.

Don’t get in an argument in the cockpit with this guy. He seems handy with the crash axe.

There is literally zero excuse, empathy or siding with someone who goes and crosses the imaginary looney wall by grabbing an axe and destroying airport property in uniform. It takes quite a bit to get to the stage where he got and I am sure it had very little to do with the parking lot.
No one should be siding with this guy, not even partially.
All the public will see is that an experienced 777 CA at United almost crashed a WB into the ocean, followed by Mr. Anger Management here vandalizing airport property with an axe. This is how the media will portray a United pilot, unfortunately, this week.
Age 63, I get it, he's on his way out and maybe he takes his paycheck for granted. Still - would never put my kids on his flight. Time to retire early.

That’s the wrong way to go about it. I’m not one to glorify drinking, but so much better off to drive home, put the keys away & have a drink or 3.
Waiting in line to exit the lot? What’s one to do when the freeway is at a standstill as 4 lanes funnel into 2 for an accident?
You never know how things will turn out, remember the first reports of the pilot in the window at the airport hotel? I’m sure with a little coin one can find an attorney to start ‘explaining things’.
Just to give it light thought beforehand, no way to think that is going to turn out well.

I would put our escape to the long term lot against anyone else's as the worst 30-45 minutes spent at work.
