I may be over simplifying this. However, my understanding is 14% for 2023. So, say it’s implemented on October 1st take hours from from Jan through Sep multiply X hours by (rate x 1.14) = 2023 retro. October moving forward is paid at the new rates… obviously any upgrades and such changes that a little but it’s not overly difficult to make a gonkulator do that…

Yes I agree I think it’ll be a month after signing like delta was.

we should get decent profit sharing next year I imagine? Has been a pretty good year. We got the delta formula now right?! 🫠

Dl guy here, You can disregard one vote for NOV as I thought you had to vote before you could reply. If it helps any the DL timeline was AIP early December, TA and voting opened mid January, voting closed March 1. Retro was one check with two different payments paid around March 24th.

One payment was 2020-2022 with no 401k, one was jan and Feb of 23 with 401k, but it was paid on the same check in between normal pay periods.

I get the sense they may already be irreversibly estranged.

If TI and MH hadn’t led the MEC to sell out the pilot group to management, perhaps there wouldn’t have been recalls… but they did and the trash they passed got shot down hard, creating a mandate for recalls. Don’t kid yourself, Kirby controlled the pace of re-negotiations was and waiting for Isom to strike a deal with APA so he could strike one just better enough with UALPA to create turmoil at AA.
