Please note that UA has removed crew info from the system since that’s SOP for an incident. So before anybody starts chasing their tail, the pilots currently shown in the system were deadheading on the flight.

i saw all the deadhead pilots but there’s one place that still has the operating pilots. I then looked up the schedule change history on their pairings and it showed them operating that flight before being pulled.

Enough damage to where we might be able to get a piece of it from PlaneTags in the future.

Hoping that these pilots were in an age group so as to satisfy your political narrative, is much like hoping they were female, gay or people of color. Low class and ignorant is what your and the other comments regarding age are.

ANA had a landing and damage very similar on a 767-300 years ago... Boeing fixed her up no problem... My bet she will be good as new in 6 months,,,

Delta did this to a 757 a few years ago in Portugal. I was crumpled in more than one spot. I believe it is back in service.

The airframe was built in 1991. There is no way they will invest that kind of money in a 32 year old jet. It'll be beer cans in 6 months if anything.

My guess is the repairs will cost more then what they'll get from the insurance.
