Did WM advocate for that agreement? Sounds like it was a great statement of unity.

Refresh my short memory. There was the RJ exception letter that passed by membership ratification (all pilots, not just old ones) in 1998.

What was the other one before 9/11?

Hyperbole is great, but do it with facts.

Those two let the camel’s nose in the tent. Bankruptcy and the Whiteford side letter completely removed the tent cover essentially allowing unfettered access to the RJ’s.

It was a LCA in the left seat and a FO on 105 hours of IOE in the right seat.... FO was flying

105 hours of OE? Find it hard to believe UA wouldn’t have let him/her go by that point.
