Yep,i agree.Good airline with the foundation to be GREAT,but no one in charge of fixing anything seems to give a EFFFF about anything but the bottom line.Its sad to see.Maybe they have been doing things the same way for so long until they are afraid of change and new ideas.But in this business enviroment,you have to be willing to change and be adaptive,UA is missing the boat on that when it comes to the things that matter.
The reality is that, within the HQ walls of the Willis Tower, United has looked at the potential fixes and improvements for EWR, and made the cold calculation on what was worth it, and what wasn't. And you're seeing the reality of that today.
