Seriously! My jaw dropped when I saw him post that. This guys is such a cringeworthy management shill. Retirement must be pretty unsatisfactory for him to be on here so much.

Some of the “hero’s” on here are are more dense than depleted uranium. Having been caught up in the BS this last week, I can say without he slightest hesitation that this I 100% an ATC/United management caused melt down. When my connecting airplane gets to me 5 or 6 hours late because it was hung up in EWR or IAD on a ATC ground stop that’s got nothing to do with me or the rest of the UAL pilot group.
Also, whether or not you insert an apostrophe in the word heroes while attempting to insult someone's intelligence has something to do with you.

Sure, wishing harm on your company feels good during contract time when you're ****ed off and need to thump your chest, but it's a lot like burning your own house down to spite the neighbors.
You're better to stay focused and fight constructively.

Seems like success doesn’t get us much either, considering we were first to bail out the company during covid, gave them an unbelievable head start for the recovery, and we were rewarded with it by getting a contract dead last at earliest and a unilateral violation of our covid LOA.

No idea? Kind of a strange question? 🤷♂️
I would think, after this debacle, that management would realize they can’t operate the EWR schedule with their current plan, but, none of decision makers ever ask for my opinion.
What do you think?🤔

Explain to me why you think that is a “strange question”. I don’t appreciate your attitude.

UAL has been at a huge disadvantage in not having a southeastern hub between IAD and IAH. Now they will.
EWR seems primed to expand the number of slots for UAL (https://www.msn.com/en-us/travel/new...ys/ar-AA1djiUk), but I would be surprised if the damage hasn't been done and you don't see a massive shift to MCO starting 12-24 months from now.
