The Toddlers did more harm to the UAL pilot group than any other MEC (with the possible exception of Whiteford) over the last 30 years. That GooseCrap keeps coming back and trying to poke holes in what's going on now just highlights his fealty to idiocy and his cluelessness. Or, his fealty to Willis. UAL pilot's hands are now tied in large part due to this insanity and feckless union leadership who tried to hoodwink you into the TUMI POS. And he wants to point fingers at the current crop.

Seek life elsewhere….
There is no better time to expect to claw back a significant amount of of QWL items along with industry leading pay rates. Those QWL items were lost/given up by a majority of the UAL pilots long ago. The JCBA focused on helping the merger we couldn’t control to achieve an SLI and complete the operational integration to then “get it back in the next contract.” This is it.
If you truly work for UAL, you work for a CEO with a 30% pay advantage over his DL adversary and also got a nice NPS bonus on your hard work……. What did you get.
Im gone in five years. I’ve fought against the missteps of the UAL MEC during the post 9/11, BK, recession of 08 etc. I’m only one pilot though. Fear is a powerful motivator as proven by the history of my career.
Put on a lanyard and get in step. This next contract has to make significant ground to close the gap in what has been lost as DALALPAs did. If you want a TUMI 2.0, SKirby will be more than happy to sign.
Compensation and QWL is way mor than a pay table in Section 3.

WTF, so the OP wants us to just take whatever offer the company gives us? He/she must be close to retirement. Reminds me of the LCP trying to convince me that the pie is only so big. Meanwhile, we are “investing” in a crappy British soccer team, underwater exploration, electric air taxis and of course Boom. No. The slimy E-team needs to eat ****.
