I'll add that if the company thinks that they have near enough data to go to the courts, it incentivizes them to drag out negotiations. Getting a TRO is not something that will work in the pilots' favor for a new contract.

There have been two PP trips pop up in DEN today both were gone instantly. Greed and self serving behavior is alive and well.

That’s got to be tough for your negotiators. Sitting across the table from management thinking what’s the problem? Current rates don’t seem to be an issue.
