I’ve been saying that since the MEC started releasing their negotiating items, but instead we focused on FSB.

Yikes. If that's the case I dunno then.

Curious what other airlines have to prevent “minimum staffing” games like we see here at UAL. I agree this is a huge issue & should be a top priority.

Spirits "min required reserves" are also based on a historical average. Company cannot just put any number they want.

Still I believe it's 75% of the board has to be green before initial open time if I'm correct. Bottom line is if you don't have this clause in your reserve rules you really have nothing.

I'm saying this just because I want the ua contract to be industry leading for me cause you know. Its all about me

Like I said before, I think that no one else has a provision like that and trading/dropping at the moment at the legacies isn’t easy. Doesn’t really matter at this point… we’ll get’em next time 🫠

Yes, 75% green at the beginning of Initial Open Time and the minimum reserves required by company is set by a historical average for each day.

Next time is THIS TIME. This is the most leverage we have EVER had. It would be monumentally stupid to not get industry leading work rules NOW.

It's EMBARRASSING that Spirit and Frontier have better schedule flexibility than than UAL.

I believe equally as important is the pool coverage manipulation. My BES shows -20 to -30 every day for months. Despite this, 95% of the time there's no premium in open time and there's 5-10 unused reserves every day.
