If you improve RSV to the point that senior bidders pick it, doesn't that improve things for everyone? For everyone above the G-line that bids reserve, someone below the g-line gets a line. Everyone senior to you that bids reserve improves the line that you are awarded. Look at all the senior types (but not senior enough) that bid non-profile during the holidays. They aren't senior enough to get Christmas off, but they can get it off with a reserve line.
