Of course Delta pilots want you to succeed, due to the snap-up +1%. Whatever else happens, after the pattern bargaining Delta pilots achieved, hopefully there will be further pattern bargaining that re-raises the bar when you're all done. It will take a fight, and require unity. I don't know how it's possible to utilize every legal leverage point outside of mediation, though.

MEC should be on EVERY morning show,
not to mention taking out ads that we are ready for a strike vote.

You can't act in a series of reactive tantrums...you need a plan. Let them execute the plan. in military terms we are the grunts awaiting orders. If you want to be a general you should run for office.
