One thing I find interesting… half of those who say our elders need to retire at 65, “cause they knew the situation when they got hired” are folks who commute and want better commuter policy in the new contract. What, didn’t you know what you were getting into when you hired on as a commuter? You shouldn’t get anything in the new contract. If there are actually 12 months of PS for new CAs without any benefit for those who live in base, this vote will be an automatic NO for me. Suck it up commuters.

The system I signed up for had a pension that you received at the end that gave you a high percentage of your salary at the end. Things change. Stop crying about it.
