I use United for dental and vision, pretty good plans and not too pricey. I use Tricare select for literally all other health care, no supplemental. In my mid 40’s, wife and two young kids. I probably spend <2k per year total for all of it and we get really good care.

I will add that the FSA is a good deal. Money you elect comes out of your check pre-tax and then you can use it on any qualified medical expensive excluding premiums. So basically, you’re getting all of your copays, contacts, glasses, toothpaste, etc… tax free.
