Some gee whiz info : The mechanics are getting .839 % . They (me) used to get the same formula as the pilots but the teamsters gave that away in a backroom deal in the 2016 contract. So we only got one good PS check for the 2016 year and after that little ones.

So.. Delta management adjusted their PS..
It's 5.57 of their 2022 earnings.. and then they get another 16% put into their BFund.
So, their total is 6.4612%!
Respectable when compared to us.
Hopefully our union has heard us loud & clear, that we deserve and NEED some sort of BFund contribution added.
Company should want to do it.. as it all adds up to the next generation pilot deciding where they want to go.
Always~
