Also according to this thread junior 756CA at UA is 5 years. Or off probation depending on who you talk to.

Junior B756 CA @ 5 years?

So you’re misinformed twice over.
Save your breath…arguing with the chronically fatigued is pointless. They hear too many voice in their head to make any sense!

Most junior captain on 756 is one year and a day when he got awarded. (At United)

I would never leave delta for this dumpster fire known as UAL. This place is a complete joke. Doubt we will bet a contract before recession fears catch up. You'll have much better quality of life and money at Delta. If I were at united less then 4 years I'd bail elsewhere.

Doesn't mean anything if it pays less then Delta, Alaska, JB, spirit , allegiant, etc .

And work rules suck. Enjoy your seniority which gets you nothing at united. Unable due to overall system constraints is what it gets you.

That's a bit of a spin, but I get your point. I'm hopeful we can bridge the gap with this contract. Let's put the work in and get it done. See you on the picket line

This above, in particular, is why a move to Southwest might be a better idea. With interstate commerce threatened by Tucker Carlson fanatics it would be good to work for the Republic of Texas’s Air Force. Job security and all that.

widebody as in two aisles? Correct. widebody as in pay? Nope. Let’s be real it’s mostly the 757 you’ll be flying anyway as a jr capt.

also how long until 330/350 capt? Answer us that.
