We have 1 yr upgrades/unfilled for NB, lines for new hires very soon after IOE on all NB fleets, like a month or two. most junior WBFO sitting at 4 yrs or so I think.
Vegas opened... so thinks are very dynamic. Most people bid over from SFO & LAX shrinking both bases to some extent, hopefully temporarily.

It's sub 1 year to a NB line these days. 1 year wait for NB CA where you'll sit on reserve for probably 5 years at this rate. The LAX WB base is super small compared to other bases so it's very senior. A few have transferred in via base transfer but the most junior LAX WB award (not including 756) only had 4 LAX 787 FOs, all of which could have held CA in SFO on a WB. The most junior award sits at like 33% in the company. The previous vacancy had no awards for WB LAX CA and the vacancy before that had the most junior CA having a 26XX seniority number out of the now 15k on property. Hope that helps.

None of the bases are junior for things people want.
Half the company is senior - always has been, always will be. They take the good stuff - every base has some of it.
Market inefficiencies are either brief (eg rapid first-year seniority progression in west coast NB FO seniority) or will likely get backfilled away (6 months to a 777 line in EWR)
