Its not super seniority. It's just seniority... and the best thing is... it's locked in for another contract cycle. Using seniority to get a 70ish hour PBS summer schedule with trips that are easy to drop, puts you in a position to catch all the premo trips your seniority can hold!!! My record is 5 premos in one month. I still get aced out, as I only have 25 years here. Plenty of wolves ahead of me. WTF would we want to change this? Get some seniority and enjoy 42 days vacation, a big-O sick leave balance, and yes, all the back to back summer premo you can hold!! Seniority is beautiful. Seniority works. And here at United Airlines, Seniority is our reality.
