Default OE 30/60 days expiration and REQ add'l trng?

Can't find in the UPA what is mandatory or waivable training after completion of your LOE check ride. What happens at 30 days after the check ride and 60 days? I'm past 30 days waiting for OE. I've heard but can't find it in writing, that at 30 days, you get a warmup sim, unless you waive (I'm not going to). Heard at 60 days, it's mandatory warmup/CQT/CQMV sims. Anyone gone thru this or is their TK (DTC) person that can confirm the requirements.
And before someone says it: NO, i'm not contacting my OE schedulers. I want to stay off the radar and have off as much time as i can!!

I went through this. Sat for 5 months almost a year ago. I got 3x sims. First was a warmup. It was very low threat and a great way to work on just about anything you want. Second sim was a practice MV with the third being an MV to reset my consolidation. Overall I was very glad I had the opportunity to touch the sim before starting OE as a new hire.

I believe what you are referring to is consolidation extension/requalification. At least, those line up with the consolidation extension requirements, although the dates are different based on your QLOE date. If you don't want to discuss it with the OE schedulers, talk to someone in training development for the correct answer. It's not a contractual issue, so only someone there would know the true answer.

I think what you are referring to is all post OE. I'm talking about pre-OE. At some point after you did your last sim check, you will expire at a certain point if OE doesn't begin.

Enough time off to forget a lot of what you just learned. Then if you screw up your oe guess what- you’re going back to the sim anyway .🙄☹️
A lot of new hires from this time last year had to wait 4-6 months for OE and most of them had to go back to Den twice for refresher training during their wait .

Yes, COE1 and COER are post OE. I was saying what you were describing are the sims for those courses based off your QLOE date. There are no stated requirements online other than those courses, so like I said—want an answer, make a call.

I would look into the contract about OE delays. Pretty sure they start paying you 5/day after 30 days from your qloe if you haven’t been on your OE trip.

I don’t think he is worried about the pay . Seems like he is trying to avoid going back to the sim for refreshers . I think he is trying to delay the inevitable.
