So you're suggesting the company would go 5% over Delta's rates. Personally if that's what you think then I would say you're smokin' crack, and I hope to God above you are not representative of the majority of pilots at UAL. Hopefully most folks realize IF we get a better deal than Delta it won't be in the pay rates, AND hopefully most UAL pilots are intelligent enough to not be "one issue" voters.

From what I have seen so far the Delta deal is excellent, and I hope it leads to a similar but slightly better offer for us.

I’m saying if the union approves 5% under Delta’s rates they’ll have a short stay in their positions.

“Industry Leading”
”Core 4”
”Good leads the way”

all nice catch phrases to make you feel warm and fuzzy but with little substance

I dont think they have a choice now. We are lucky someone was able to do the heavy lifting for us. Apparently we can't do it ourselves.

New hires already speaking with their feet. Management needs to make an expedited move…and quickly.

Six years of “Only I can fix this” worked out well didn’t it?

That's not what you said. You said 13% would be recall worthy. 13% on top of the 5% = 18% Delta rate. Are you not saying 18% on top of the already gotten 5%.

Delta's top rate is $354 so 18% puts it at $417.

Our top rate is now $369 18% more gets you $435.

13% gets you $417.

Are you saying $417 is recall worthy and you expect $435?

Let's not forget that it looks like delta is eliminating the 319/320 pay band . If we do same and eliminate the 700/800/900 its more like a 22% raise for NB guys.
