They literally build SC/FSB for every silo everyday. There's no actual long call at this airline. At least not in NB

Not sure where you are working but I was converted 3 times for 1 day at a time, flew 1 FSB day trip. 737

+1, been on NB reserve about a year, this has been my experience the entire time. Would be off by now if not for the g line manipulation.

I live in base, would be suicidal by now if that wasn't the case.

Editing to add:. Got a line check a few months back and the LCA says 'I can't figure out why the union isn't fighting for better Global Reserve rules (while the TA was out). Once the 321 XLR comes and the rest of the MAXes, every category will be Global '.

So enjoy the plush, plush life of basic reserve while you can....?
