No more FSB.
Limits on SC conversions.
Global reserve needs overhauling with more schedule integrity.
LTD (even with the recent gain) is pathetic. Pales in comparison to Delta’s benefit.
Sick call accrual.
Vacation day value sucks.

I’m new here but talking to pilots on line it seems like too many aren’t aware of what others have/what we don’t.

I'm also new, but I 100% agree with this.
I think a lot of the more senior pilots forget what reserve was like. It's awful at UAL.

Recalls…rewrite…AIP…roadshow…vote…a good 6-18 months? Possibly longer if management doesn’t feel like negotiating in an economic trough.

I think there is more urgency at the top than they’d like you or I to believe.

You sure? That last CCS msg from BQ made it seem like the opposite was true.

How long is reserve on a NB typically? Or ballpark figure right now

those are the same people that said no profits till late 2023

guess what…. 2022 will be profitable and you will get 5 percent raise come spring

believe what they say then subtract half and even after that divide by 2

we are smarter than they think ( current MEC and NC not so )

Only thing I'll add to this is: kill "global". The idea that we have different rules is less than stellar to be frank. We will all be global soon. Airbus, it's coming for you. 737, it's coming for us too.

Rolling days off is allowing the company to staff flying with less reserves than necessary. Period.

We should be allowed to compress reserve just like Guam. 18 on 12 off if you want. 10 on 10 off 8 on if you want.

Just as a starter. ( all the above is already at deltas expired contract FYI )

If you had two contracts to vote on….one with a 25% pay raise…the other with reserve rules that were #1 in the industry by far…and you ONLY let pilots on reserve vote for it….

They’d take the 25% pay raise.

In the 6-19 months that new hire that wanted reserve improved would be a lineholder by then and he’d be complaining about why we gave so much bargaining power away to reserves and not enough to lineholders.

25% DOS and another 12.5% year 2 and 3 sure and CPI+ 3% after that while management drags its feet. 25% over life of a contract isn’t good enough. Especially with inflation.
