But sure, this is all management's fault in your eyes. You're entitled to your opinion. I don't think that many agree with you.

I'm taking a break from this discussion, as we are at a complete impasse. Maybe we need to get a mediator here?
Wrong again. I am not saying its all management. Just saying that pilots need to hold management accountable as well. Its an contract between management and the union.

We weren't even within the frame of mediation, so to say that shows you don't know the process. Facts matter.

Kinda hard to hold management accountable if the NC accepted TA1 and it’s concessions and MEC sending out to vote….. When all reality the NC should have told the company no from the get goon concessions. I think you are falling on the wrong sword going after management immediately on this one….

So Insler did the right thing and told the company no, when he was in office.

SD has been here since 2008 but he loves to lecture anyone who will listen on UALPA history while he shills for his boy TI.

At this point, I just want a MEC that knows how to say no and recognizes a bad deal when they see it. That’s it.

I’m flabbergasted that the MEC voted to release the TA and for that they need to go. This was a concessionary contract in what is supposed to be a good negotiating environment.

Did you not hope it met your expectations before you saw it?
