One voted to shut down the membership vote and keep the same NC. Enough reason to be recalled not to mention the dirty politics used to cling to his position. The other didn’t get a vote on sending out the TA, but I suppose you can take his word for it that he personally voted no. His running for CA rep after being recalled from his other position showed how desperate he was to keep his job and how out of touch he is. 99% chance he throws his name in the hat again for the permanent election.

That’s laughable….Johnson took the easy out because he knew his no vote was meaningless. Welcome back to the line fellas.

LOL. Their voting record says otherwise.

Uh Johnson Voted no. Wenzel has no votes. I’m not saying anything about their fitness, it’s just funny people think this is about the TA. The people calling for heads to roll in C5 are the same people who were anti loa 20-05, etc etc. many of them are jaded former reps themselves, or fired committee members. It’s like watching the graveyard come alive and zombies crawl out of the muck.

It was a political ploy and everyone knows it. He doubled down voting to extend the Ballot until Nov 1st. Voted against recalling the NC. Voted to endorse TI for ALPA president. Voted to select Phil O for NC chairman when there were 8 people who put their names in without so much as an interview. He owns the Tumi TA and was recalled for it.

You know all that though.

You hit the nail on the head there.

No, just the noisy chest thumpers looking to fill the voids. Seemingly these are the same LOA 20-05 no voters. Need some fresh clear-headed people in these positions, not career ALPA-ists or hotheads.

I seem to remember a lot of “no” voters on that. Some of them even managed to get elected as reps after the LOA. At least they’re willing to vote no on something.

What would an LEC have to do to turn those guys against it?! I’m not sure this sends the same fear inducing message to the rest of the YES voters that C5 did. Hopefully the other council recalls see better margins.
I thought the exact same thing , having gone to the C5 meeting and watching the number of people all in favor of recall versus the 6 people voting against it , I figured SFO would be similar . But location of the meeting was easy for y’all. That’s a major base filled with commuters so I am sure many couldn’t attend .
