It’s time United adapts the UPS pay tables
If you are a Captain it’s the same pay rate regardless of equipment. We all know that pilots on the narrow body fleets work harder than pilots on the wide body fleets. One Captain and one fo pay rate table regardless of fleet.
The Captain bids will workout then. Obviously the current system does not work.
