Another flaw with the TA……once 65+ have infiltrated TK their buddies approaching 65 will have more ammo with their elected representation to push for extending their time on the line. “Pilots like us are teaching people to fly these airplanes….so shouldn’t we be allowed to keep flying them on the line??”
Nope…..you’re done……

But for clarity, I don't personally care much either way. I doubt many pilots would stay to 67 anyway.

Pete? Who cares about Pete? He is an appointee. This is about the POTUS. His policy.
Congress can pass bills, but they need the President’s signature to become law. 😉
ha! That’s what they said about Age 65. “Maybe I’ll stay a year or 2”. Total fallacy. We had pilots that were mandatory retired at 60 move to the FE seat flipping switches for decades. Herpes… you never get rid of them. If they weren’t back from the walk around within 15 minutes, they prolly got lost….you’d have to go look for them.

That's comical. Pete is an appointee in Biden's cabinet. He serves at the pleasure of the President. What he says is by definition the Biden administration's policy. Just lie back and try to enjoy this WIN.

I’m just correcting what you said. Biden didn’t say anything. Had he said something, it would have given credence to the claim that congress couldn’t pass something and the president would sign it into law. Not that I think that there is enough support in either chamber to make that happen at the moment.
